2019 SXSW - WeDC House

Overview: Ghost Note Agency was responsible for branding the WeDC house in the 2019 SXSW. A larger visual identity was also created for the “WeDC” brand.

Programs Used: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Mailchimp.

Main Role:

  • Creation of the WeDC visual i.d. along with the WeDC House branding in 2019’s SXSW.

  • Collaborated with Ghost Note’s illustrator and motion designer to add depth to the visual i.d.

  • Lead team in creating digital promotional assets along with a website, poster series, swag/give-aways, illustration style, patterns, style guide, social media graphics, and recap video.

A dynamic, fun and engaging visual identity sparked for the WeDC House during 2019’s SXSW. The bold and bright colors used throughout the identity was meant to catch anyone’s eye walking throughout the event. Various patterns and graphic elements also took a nod to DC’s iconic figures and landmarks.
